1 Definitions and Interpretations

In this Terms and Conditions document, certain terms carry specific meanings. "RTF88" or "Platform" refers to the official website, mobile app, and all services provided under the RTF88 brand. "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and is using RTF88's services. "Account" refers to a user profile officially registered under a real name with valid information.

"Deposit" refers to funds added to your RTF88 account for gameplay purposes. "Withdrawal" refers to funds transferred out of your RTF88 account to your bank account or e-wallet. "Bonus" refers to additional credits granted by RTF88 to members under specific terms and conditions.

"Wagering Requirement" or "rollover" refers to the minimum wagering amount that must be met before a bonus or bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. All currency values stated are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

2 Member Eligibility

To use RTF88's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception. Failure to meet any one of these conditions gives RTF88 the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time.

• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any RTF88 staff.
• Use of the RTF88 platform is permitted under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You have never been banned or prohibited from using any online gambling platform by a relevant authority.

3 Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at RTF88. Multiple account registration — whether using the same name, phone number, email address, or device — is strictly prohibited. RTF88 employs advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts and reserves the right to confiscate all associated balances and wins if a violation is detected.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, phone number, and bank account details. This information will be used for KYC identity verification and withdrawal processing. RTF88 reserves the right to request supporting documents such as a copy of your ID or bank statement at any time to verify your identity.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are subject to change from time to time.

• For withdrawal requests, full KYC verification is mandatory before the first transaction is processed.
• Approved withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the selected method.

If there is any discrepancy between the bank account name and the RTF88 account name, withdrawals will not be processed until the issue is resolved. This is a protective measure to ensure the security of all members' funds.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

RTF88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to its members from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms stated in each respective promotion, and those terms should be read together with these general Terms and Conditions.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before withdrawals are permitted.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be moved to another account.
• RTF88 reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of misuse or fraud.
• Each promotion has its own validity period; expired bonuses will be forfeited automatically.
• Members found using multiple accounts to obtain duplicate bonuses will be permanently banned from the platform.

6 Game Rules

All games available on RTF88 use an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness and impartiality in every game outcome. Results displayed on the platform are final and may not be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.

In the event of a technical disruption, network failure, or server error during an active game, RTF88 will use system records to determine a fair outcome. In situations where an outcome cannot be determined, the wager involved will be returned to the member's account.

7 Prohibited Conduct

RTF88 has a zero-tolerance policy against all forms of fraud, manipulation, or platform abuse. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to play or bet.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting bugs, system errors, or platform vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.
• Uploading false information or obtaining KYC verification using forged documents.
• Using the RTF88 platform for any money laundering or illicit financing activities.
• Filing an unsubstantiated chargeback through your bank or payment provider.

8 Account Termination and Suspension

RTF88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to a breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions. Members whose accounts are terminated due to a violation are not entitled to claim any outstanding balance or pending wins.

Conversely, members also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the RTF88 customer support team. Prior to account closure, all eligible balances will be returned to the member's registered bank account upon completion of identity verification.

For members who choose the self-exclusion option for responsible gaming purposes, the exclusion period cannot be cancelled until the designated period has elapsed. This is to protect the interests and well-being of the member concerned.

9 RTF88 Liability Limits

RTF88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from game outcomes, service interruptions, or technical failures beyond RTF88's control.

The RTF88 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted operation at all times, RTF88 makes no guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or meet your specific expectations at any given time.

Under no circumstances shall RTF88's total maximum liability to any member exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

RTF88 collects, stores, and processes members' personal data in accordance with Privacy Policy in detail. By using this platform, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described in the relevant Privacy Policy.

All members' personal data is protected using 256-bit SSL encryption technology. RTF88 will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or for legitimate payment processing purposes.

11 Terms and Conditions Amendment

RTF88 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon posting on the platform, unless a specific effective date is stated.

It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of the RTF88 platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to those changes.

12 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation between both parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary, while all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
